Over twenty five years’ experience in working with commercial real estate and property management companies as a general contractor, trouble shooter and consultant has served to groom Sam in various aspects of commercial real estate.
Successfully founding and operating three companies from 1983 to 1997, all of which are still in operation today, speaks highly of Sam’s keen understanding of owning and operating a business.
Sam graduated from Clinterty Agricultural College in Aberdeen, Scotland with a degree in Agricultural Management and for the next four years he managed and operated his family’s farms in Aberdeenshire, Scotland. He brought his managerial and entrepreneurial skills to the United States in 1983 settling in Atlanta, Georgia.
From 1983 to 1997, his client list grew steadily and included such companies as Lavista Associates, Trammel Crow, Graham Commercial, The Quin Group, Allstate Life Insurance, New York Life, Coca Cola, Custom Signs Today, Wendy’s International, RTM, Siemens, Intecolor and Antec.
Sam relocated his family to Colorado Springs in 1997, since then Sam was a partner in The London Real Estate Group and in January of 2004 he sold his interest and helped form CameronButcher Company.
Sam has been married to his wife, Helen Cameron, for thirty-two years and they have three beautiful daughters.
Sam currently serves on the board at the Springs Rescue Mission. He was nominated by his peers in the Real Estate Commercial & Industrial Society as Commercial Realtor of the year for 2003. Sam is a past President of RSC, (board of Realtor’s Service Corp) and is a past Chairman of the RCIS (Real Estate Commercial & Industrial Society) as well as a past Chairman of the RCA (Realtors Commercial Alliance) of the state of Colorado and a Colorado Association of Realtors director.

Whether he is plowing through bond district workouts, troubled assets, entitlement issues, complex financing structures, marketing difficult properties or finding a good deal, Kevin consistently rises to the challenge and builds value for his clients and partners.
Kevin's unique talents stem from his broad background. He received a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Landscape Architecture from Purdue University and is a Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM). Kevin also has experience in land development, construction, brokerage, property management and the ownership of investment real estate.
Kevin married Jean Butcher in 1987 and together they have four children.
Kevin currently serves on the Board of Pikes Peak Association of Realtors, the Falcon Education Foundation and is President of Fountain Mutual Metropolitan District.
In the past he has served the community in many ways including Colorado Springs Planning Commission, the first chair of the Downtown Review Board, the El Paso County Water Resource Study Commission, Forest Lakes Metropolitan District and Colorado Springs Economic Development Task Force.
