Jeb discovered an interest in real estate at an early age. Throughout high school and college, he worked in commercial construction and facility maintenance. Jeb obtained his real estate brokers license in 2005, the same year he graduated from the University of Houston with a BBA in Marketing.
In 2012, Jeb moved his family to Colorado Springs, became a licensed broker in Colorado and began managing a large portfolio of residential properties. Over the course of a two year period he supervised the unit turns and leasing of one hundred seventy residences, increasing the company’s overall occupancy rate from 86.7 to 94%.
In 2014, he joined CameronButcher Management and quickly transitioned into the role of office, retail and industrial Property Manager. He now holds the position of Portfolio Manager. As someone who never stops learning, Jeb is currently pursuing the distinguished designation of Certified Property Manager (CPM) which he’ll obtain in the Spring of 2020. Jeb has served on the Board of Directors for the Southern Colorado Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management for three years. He prides himself on being an excellent communicator who always looks after his client’s best interests.
Jeb has a passion to help and support children and teenagers within his community. He is a licensed foster parent and has had the opportunity to mentor children and teenagers who have been in his care. In his spare time, Jeb can be found enjoying the outdoors; hiking, fishing, skiing, camping or barbecuing with his son.
