Lesa Mayhew joined the CameronButcher team in March of 2018. Lesa has over 30 years of experience in real estate and asset management, all within the Colorado Front Range area. She obtained her Broker’s license in 1991. Her experience has included retail, office, industrial and residential, college campuses, medical facilities management and sublease management across the country.
Lesa has worked with large REITs like Hudson Advisors and Equity Commonwealth, world-wide occupiers like Level 3 Communications and Uber, and small investors alike. She became a trusted advisor to most of her clients; drawing on her vast knowledge of the industry and this region.
Lesa has serviced national tenants like Bed Bath & Beyond, Ross, PetSmart, Michael’s and Starbucks and is highly familiar with the intricacies of their operating expense language. She has served many local entrepreneurs, developing trusted advisory relationships with them as well.
Lesa has been through two recessions and is well versed in navigating through those financial downturns. She has been involved in several ground up retail construction projects like Mission Trace and Markets at Mesa Ridge, and multiple building renovation projects.
In her spare time, Lesa enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren. She also enjoys singing, hiking and traveling.
